Our Classes

 

Heated Vinyasa Flow

This is a transformative flow of postures meant for all experience levels, age groups and body types. Following a very thoughtful road map through each sequence of poses, students will move from breath to breath, while strengthening and toning muscles from head to toe. These classes are heated around 90 degrees allowing students to experience a deeper, whole body sweat designed to cleanse your mind, strengthen your spirit, and satisfy your sense of well being at the deepest of levels.

 

Slow Vinyasa Flow

This slower-paced flow class allows time to explore the postures while cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and calm. This class will stretch and lengthen every muscle in your body from your head to your toes, but it will do so in a gentle, soothing, and relaxing way. Perfect for those times when you want the yoga, but not the intense workout.

Align and Flow

This alignment-oriented practice emphasizes deep awareness both physically and mentally. Class begins with a full body warm up then flows to more intense movement and posture sequences with breath linking it all together.  Students are given instruction and encouraged to take time to find proper alignment and then to use breath to deepen, readjust and find maximum benefit in each posture. Every class is different, encouraging students to stay focused and present within themselves.

 

Yin Yoga

Yin gently stretches and rehabilitates the connective tissues that mold our joints. This practice offers longer holds within the postures, all while placing attention on relaxing your muscles. Teachers will offer props to help students discover and maintain their personal edge, the perfect space to find restoration and balance.
